how to cooperate with others

I read a book titled "Fukigen na shokuba" (sullen workplace). I will write a summary of what I learned from the book. I think I should keep these rules because I know I often get sullen. ;-)

• Don't say things that will discourage them from making statements and proposals.
• Take their statements and proposals seriously.
• Make a system with which everybody can help each other. e.g. write manuals of your work procedures when you have time to spare.
• Do informal activities that are really attractive and exciting.
• Approve and appreciate them.
